June 2016

Almost halfway through July, and I'm just getting to my June post.  Things have been busy, and that is a good thing.

We wrapped up most of our schooling last month, and we had a last day of school party for the kids.  We had such a fun year together homeschooling and I am going to really miss being with my girls so much.  I'm glad to know that if needed, I am able to teach these girls.

It was a beautiful day!

Water fight

The boys covered the girls in whipped cream

The kids went after Dan for a while, it was pretty entertaining

One day we were sitting at my parents house and it started to hail.  The kids decided to go out an play in the hail.  It was fun to see them saying "ouch, ouch, ouch" while being pelted.

This is a far as Jeffy would go out into the hail :)

For Sam's 7th birthday we had a big water party.  The kids love playing at papa's water park.

The dads decided to try out the slip n slide

It's official, Emma is now taller than my sister - she's going to pass me up soon too

My brother smoked some awesome ribs!

Trampolines, bubbles, and pool noodles - does summer get any better?

Kyla decided to try on all of the floaties

Cake time!

The kids started showing off their dance moves, it was pretty entertaining

Water balloon babies

We had Angie Movie Day and went to see Finding Dory

I've been able to spend more time with my nephew Gabe this summer.  He's such a funny kid, and I love talking books with him.  I'm happy to be his aunt.

Tobi decided one day that he needed three things in his mouth at once.

Hannah has been painting my nails for me at her spa.  She is so good at it, and I enjoy going to the Mix and Match Spa!

Hannah did a summer outdoor volleyball league.  I love to watch her play, her serves are awesome!!

And that, for the most part, is what happened in June.  We've been busy making more fun memories this July, and I can't wait to post about them later.
