Well we have once again made it to another year. 2015 was a pretty great year for the Hastings' family. I only wish we could have traveled more. (don't tell Dan, hahahaha!)
We are just starting the winter, but I am done with it already. If there wasn't so much to stay here for, I'd be all for moving somewhere with a warmer winter. Oh well, it is what it is. Maybe it's making me extra crazy this year because now we have a dog that loves to have a friend while he goes outside to potty. Weird dog. Good thing he is cute. Anyway . . . off we go.
Take a look at these wonderful things. They only come out around Christmas, but they are one of my favorite things ever!! Yum!!
We are very frequently entertained by the kids at my parents house. They always are coming up with something silly to do.
Santa Jeffy
Tobi playing games with me
Papa playing Quelf - I love that game
Gabe and Sierra both had a orchestra concerts. It was so fun seeing them play. It brought back memories of me playing as a kid. I loved it!
December was a great month for Hannah, she got her first round of braces off. She will have to get them back on again in another year or so for one last time, but she was sure excited to get them off for a bit.
The girls are always doing things to make us laugh
We got Pass of all Passes from my parents last year, so we headed out to the Lehi Fun Center one Saturday.
This is how my silly dog Tobi sleeps sometimes. He makes me laugh!
The girls love being out in the snow (they didn't get that from me).
I also went to the Franc kids piano recital. Such cute and talented kids.
The Sunday before Christmas we have a FHE / Talent show. It's so fun to see all the kids and their talents. Enoch's comedy routine was a hit!
We spent Christmas Eve at the Hastings. Here we are getting ready for the nativity.
We also let the girls open their pajamas and ornament on Christmas Eve.
Christmas had finally arrived!!
Emma was begging for Converse shoes
Tobi really liked my massage chair
Hannah rolled around the house on her new roller skates
Emma also got a Polaroid camera
She also got a selfie stick. We had a lot of fun playing with that.
Off to Nana's and Papa's for more Christmas fun!
More selfie stick shots
Check out our awesome hats!!
Emma took a selfie stick picture of her messy room
On New Years Eve we spent the night playing games with the neighbors. We had a great time ringing in the new year!
Here we go into 2016. Can't wait to see what surprises this year brings!! Happy New Year!!
